• follow all contest rules

• use valid Instagram posts with required tags/hashtags

• avoid fake likes, bots, paid engagement

• submit original content or content you own rights to

Violation may lead to:

• disqualification

• account suspension

• prize cancellation

5. Entry Fees

Some contests require an entry fee.
All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Razorpay or Stripe.

Entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases under our Refund Policy (duplicate payment or contest cancellation).

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected based on:

• highest authentic like count

• meeting all contest rules

• valid tracking of hashtags and tags

• disqualify fake or bot engagement

7. Prize Distribution

Cash prizes are transferred via:

• UPI

• Bank transfer

• Digital vouchers

Payout timeline: 3–7 working days.

If a contest offers a physical prize, delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting or linking content, you grant ClickPostWin:

• a non-exclusive right

• to display, promote, and share content related to contests

You retain full ownership of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClickPostWin is not responsible for:

• Instagram outages or API changes

• like count delays

• gateway payment failures

• incorrect information provided by the user

• network or device issues
