3. Physical Prizes (If Applicable)
For special contests that include a physical reward (e.g., merchandise, trophies, giveaways):
Shipping within India: 7–14 working days
International delivery: timeline varies; extra charges may apply
Tracking details will be provided via email (if available)
This satisfies Razorpay’s need for a “physical shipping clause”.
4. Shipping Charges
Digital services: No shipping charges
Physical prizes: Free shipping within India unless otherwise stated
