Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Cancellation After Entry Submission
Once a user:
chooses a contest category
submits details
completes payment
the entry is automatically confirmed.
Therefore, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
No Refund for Entry Fees
The entry fee is used for:
contest operations
reward distribution
hosting & processing
platform maintenance
As the service is delivered instantly, no refund shall be provided, except in cases explicitly stated below.
Refunds Due to Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged twice for the same contest due to a payment gateway error:

Share transaction IDs and screenshots
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
Contest Cancellation by ClickPostWin
If ClickPostWin cancels a contest due to:
technical issues
insufficient participation
policy violations
unforeseen circumstances
Then:
The full entry fee will be automatically refunded
Refund will reflect within 7–10 working days
