the entry is automatically confirmed.

Therefore, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

The entry fee is used for:

  • contest operations

  • reward distribution

  • hosting & processing

  • platform maintenance

As the service is delivered instantly, no refund shall be provided, except in cases explicitly stated below.

If a user is charged twice for the same contest due to a payment gateway error:

 

  • Email us at support@clickpostwin.com

  • Share transaction IDs and screenshots

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method

If ClickPostWin cancels a contest due to:

  • technical issues

  • insufficient participation

  • policy violations

  • unforeseen circumstances

Then:

  • The full entry fee will be automatically refunded

  • Refund will reflect within 7–10 working days
