  • Your contest entry becomes active immediately

  • Emails/confirmations are sent automatically

  • No manual delivery is required

This is considered “digital delivery”.


3. Physical Prizes (If Applicable)

For special contests that include a physical reward (e.g., merchandise, trophies, giveaways):

  • Shipping within India: 7–14 working days

  • International delivery: timeline varies; extra charges may apply

  • Tracking details will be provided via email (if available)

This satisfies Razorpay’s need for a “physical shipping clause”.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Digital services: No shipping charges

  • Physical prizes: Free shipping within India unless otherwise stated

  • International shipping (if applicable): user may bear additional charges
